The Light switch was Invented long before electricity, and was really made by the elders of the EMP tribe. The EMP tribe elders would signal the sun rising and setting, by clicking on and off the light switch extremely fast, almost like a small child finding a toy for the first time. When electricity was made the EMP tribe got raided by the civilised part of humanity¹ for their many light switches. Sadly everyone in the EMP tribe has died but their legacy lives on.
